Infotopia was created by, and is maintained by, Dr. Michael Bell, former chair, Texas Association of School Librarians, and Carole Bell, former school district library administrator and middle school librarian, and provided at no cost to our users. We pay all monthly and yearly fees to manage these sites, plus we are the webmasters, and provide all our labor for free.

Infotopia.info, an academic search engine recommended for students, teachers, and homeschoolers, accesses only trusted websites previously selected by librarians, teachers and library and educational consortia.
